We embarked on a mission to refine the essence of premium Australian lamb, and thus, Loddon Valley Lamb, was born. A brand rooted in passion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

At Loddon Valley, we firmly believe that great Australian lamb starts with the land. That’s why we choose our partners where the richest and most fertile land can be found across Victoria. These farms are not just places of businesses, they adhere to the highest levels of animal husbandry, sustainability, and producing the best quality lamb.

Specifically bred for culinary professionals, our lambs weigh between 23-26kg. This guarantees consistent and uniformity in each cut.
